Eclipseのエラーです。

初めまして松本です。さっそくですが、Eclipseに関するエラーです。
Eclipseを起動したさいに同じworkspaceを持つEclipseが二つ起動してしまいました。その後Eclipseを二つ共に終了させ、Eclipseを起動したところ以下のようなエラーが発生してしまいました。

・ウインドウ(W)→設定(P)の設定をしようとしたところ、設定する項目が列挙されているテキストエリアに 「....」(「」は表示されていません)と表示されているだけで設定が出来ない。

・その後、ウインドウ(W)→設定(P)を押したところもう設定画面さえ表示されない。

Eclipseのログを調べたところ、一番したに

と書かれていました。エラーの解決策が自分ではよく分からないので、エラーの解決策を教えてください。

なんとなくですいませんが
eclipseのフォルダ配下のconfigurationフォルダか
workspaceフォルダ配下.metadataフォルダを
削除してみてはどうでしょうか？

なんとなくなのでバックアップとってから試して見て下さいね。
