勉強中なのですが、

にあるC#のソースが若干違っているようです。


public AuthorsDataSet.authorsDataTable GetDataByTopの
AuthorsDataSet.authorsDataTable table = newAuthorsDataSet.authorsDataTable();
は
AuthorsDataSet.authorsDataTable table = new AuthorsDataSet.authorsDataTable();


public AuthorsDataSet.authorsDataTable GetDataByState2(string state)の
AuthorsDataSet.authorsDataTable table = newAuthorsDataSet.authorsDataTable();
は
AuthorsDataSet.authorsDataTable table = new AuthorsDataSet.authorsDataTable();

ではないでしょうか？
